Hilaria Baldwin, the pregnant wife of actor Alec Baldwin, flaunted her yoga-toned bikini body and burgeoning baby bump on Instagram. Baldwin, a vegan yoga teacher, has been documenting her growing baby belly on Instagram during her third pregnancy.
Despite being heavily pregnant, Hilaria still looks fit and gorgeous, thanks to a vegan diet and yoga workouts. Hilaria, who gave birth to her second child in June 2015, lost almost all her baby weight just two weeks after giving birth.
Baldwin’s post-baby weight loss secrets were yoga workouts, cardio exercise, and a mostly vegan diet, Celebrity Health Fitness reported. Hilaria exercises every day, doing yoga, taking body-sculpting classes, running or walking.
I do some exercise every day. I walk a lot, and early on [in my pregnancy] I went jogging.
I’m a runner. I teach myself yoga every day.”
Hilaria follows a mostly vegan diet, but occasionally eats fish. The brunette beauty plans to raise her children on a mostly vegan diet, but will allow them to eat more flexibly when they go to a friend’s house or a birthday party.
